DeMeo Photography will never share its customer list with anyone.  Any information given us will be for the sole use of DeMeo Photography.  Your privacy is just as important to us as it is to you.  Your pictures will never be sold to an outside party.

How we collect and store information depends solely on your input.  If at some time in the future we include a form tool on our website, then that tool will be used to gather information for the sole purpose of being better able to serve you.

· What we do with the information we collect
We collect information that enables us to provide you with top quality services, to obtain payment for services rendered, advertising, and in connection with salon activities conducted by our guild and state associations.  Images may be used for advertising purposes, both on our website and in various media, with our customers' written consent.  We will never sell, trade, or make available to third parties any of your confidential information (except for normal credit card processing). 

· Links to Third Party Web Sites
While we display hot links to third party sites, when you click on the link and jump to another site, those websites are not our property and are not under our control; hence we are not responsible for any content on those linked sites, including claims found on those sites.  We provide the links as a courtesy to you.  If you notice broken links within our site, please email us and let us know so that the links can either be repaired, or removed.

Any images including logos and other graphics may not be copied or used in any manner without the expressed written consent of DeMeo Photography.

· Minors
DeMeo Photography does not knowingly collect or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from or about minors.  If we discover we have received any information from a minor in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately.
